COSTUME DESIGN

 

DESCRIPTION
  • Examples of watercolor rendering with fabric swatches and historical research for various plays studied within the course. Each item was a seperate course project.
  • These artifacts showcase my ability to obtain secondary and primary research. They also demonstrate my design abilities and atttention to detail.

  • A original monologue for Performance oF Literature.
  • This was the final for the course. The assignment was to choose any form of writing, memorize it, and then peform it in front of the class.
  • Demonstrates writing skills; using pathos, logos, and ethos.

  • An assignment for Rhetorical Communication Theory. The assignment was to rite a speech plea, that included the 4 essential parts of a speech.
  • This is an original piece.
  • This artifact shows my speech writing skills and how to organize thoguhts.

  • An in class project in Studio Production 1. The project was a talk show.

  • This project was a team effort and within it I was the Director.

  • This project showcased my ability to give direction, to work with a team, to meet deadlines, and execute a concept.

DESCRIPTION:

  • A Game Show Script for Studio Production 1. The project was to plan and create a game show.

  • This was a team effort and within this project I was the director. As a team we thought of the game shows we wanted to mesh together. We all collaborated together when writing the script.

  • This artifact showcases my writing ability, my ability to understand production terms, my ability to work with a team, and my ability to organize thoguhts and ideas that lead to execution.

MARKETING and VISUAL DISPLAYS

DESCRIPTION

  • These photos are clothing from Fedora Boutique that I had to style and display for their instagram page.

  • Each employee contributes to instgram by rotating turns to take a picutre, but each picture is created indivually and posted idivually.

  • These photos showcase my styling ability, my ability to merchandise, and my knowledge of promoting through social media platforms

  • An assingment for Sports Broadcasting. We had to watch any game/sport of our choice and write about what occured.
  • This is an original piece, with information coming from the commentators and further research. 
  • This artifact demonstrates writing creatively and for entertainment. It also demonstrates the ability to obtain information quickly and how to do fact checks and thorough research.

DESCRIPTION

  • This links to a project for Social Media in Society course. This was a group project consisting of me and one other member.

  • We created a business, used social media platforms to promote our business, record the outcome.

  • Through this project I learned how to use social media more effectively, customer service skills, and the ability to meet the customers needs.
